    I CC'd the message to him as a courtesy and made sure he understood I wasn't writing him any more emails. I'm not averse to making a bunch of phone calls until that rejection gets reversed either. I couldn't care less about the 25 cents but I am sick of requesters sabotaging my approval rating with their incompetence.
