I'm on a Game of Thrones kick, so I'm making a pork pie with some pease porridge then a beef & bacon pie, and then my take on bowls of brown I have the cookbook, but the recipe for that one was a little meh to me? I've been sectioning off little bits of meat I buy for the last few weeks so I'm gonna toss in some chicky thighs, some andouille, some flank steak, some ground bison (tbh, I was just curious about the texture of that and bought it on sale recently for kicks lol), some pork shoulder, and a few types of cured ham. My plan is to braise it in dark beer and brown stock I'm making along with a ton of onyums, garlic, carrots, couple taters, maybe an apple if I'm feeling frisky. Maybe I'll squeeze in the body of an enemy
