Snips has a history of rejecting and blocking on the query making and recording hits when shit goes wrong.

 

It is worth noting that they block and reject for those two hits even if it is their fault lmao.

 

Yet again, you are the genius I need in my life! I threw mine in the freezer probably an hour before baking or so? I had them in the fridge for the past 36 hours (and OMG, resting cookie dough in the fridge for that long was def a revelation and I'm not sure why I never thought of that before! I've chilled my dough, but never let it rest the same way I would pastry dough until now), so I stupidly assumed that was enough to git er' done. I think I'll go for an overnight freeze next time and that'll yield a thicc cookie.

 

I tape instructions to freezable tupperwares for my Matt-bot (the ones you can put directly into the oven from the freezer).

I freeze a ton. Since it's just me and the kid, I always have leftovers from meals I cook. I call them "Mom's TV Dinners." I'll tell the kid, "We're eating out of the freezer tonight" and all that means is we are reheating something I previously cooked, put into a freezer storage container, and labeled.

I have a second freezer just for this.

But I don't freeze baked items or dough. And now I'm rethinking that...

 

Nope I believe that @jessers or someone else got blocked ages ago. I refuse to do their recording and query making hits because of that.

 

They should go back to using masters.

 

I have. No response yet though.

 

They should go back to how it was when it was Sylvain Snips.
