I use them as reminders to walk the dog. I just wish it could be every 2-3hrs instead of 1. Sorry fitbit, I need to actually do work w/ SOME level of focus & not just randomly jump around like a moron for the sake of "getting steps" lol

also only get like 500 steps for a lifting session, which is BS.
