    My father used it after smoking daily for 40 years. He has not had a cigarette since despite living with my mother who is still a daily smoker. Only downside was for a couple of weeks he got absolutely terrible nightmares, but I think some of that can be attributed to the fact that he did smoke so much for such a long time. I've considered it myself, I hit a wall at just 2-3 a day and can't get past that :( You can do it though, I'll send some vibes your way!

    Thanks! I've smoked since I was 12. So it's all I've ever really known, as silly as that sounds. I do wonder about the nightmares, I get night terrors anyway, soooo I may be in for a treat. :emoji_sweat_smile:

    good for you! i don't have any personal experience, but my dad smoked 3 packs a day for something like 40 years. he did the gum, took a week to stay in bed, then never touched another one and the smell made him sick. it's not easy, but it's worth it for your health! you've got this!
