It's the sense of entitlement, like regular ass clothing manufactures should carry a size 32 instead of super specialty stores. Also, Tess Holliday literally walks around acting like she's a role model for "curvy" women because of her weight and success as a model.

After Votto got robbed, I figured we'd get no hit and was determined to see the rest. Glad to see Mike Fiers joins future hall of famer Homer Bailey on the list of people with multiple no hitters.

 

I'm not trying to start anything... you're one of the nicest people I've encountered on the internet <3. I'm just trying to think about how it looks from the perspective of those who might fall into that category. I don't know the specifics of the post you saw of course, but I just think if it might hurt someone, then I try not to say it. And no one really owes being healthy to anyone else, or knows the details of a stranger's health.
