I wish my hubby was mechanically inclined. Like at all. He makes up for it in carpentry skills though so it's all good. With an old house I will definitely take carpentry skills. lmao

Yea it's great when it's all in order.....in the last 3 years.....I've had a brake job, water pump which is like 1500 dollars, spark plugs, spark plug coil oh and my rubber gasket seals in my valve cover as I had oil leaking into my cylinders.
