    In the future just submit your Amazon ID in the box and tell them politely that you did not receive a code and you screenshotted the final page or something. I have never received a rejection from doing that.

    ... Also I cannot take any undue risk of rejection rn, because one of my current goals is to reach 99.9% approval. (I'll need just a few hundred more approved HITs to do that, but I'm already at risk of another rejection so I need to be careful rn)

    Also as I wrote, I'm trying to avoid any rejections right now, in order to reach an acceptance-rate goal —
