I can do everything from home except the cheesecake bites. Those have to be done in a commercial kitchen. I used to have a bakery, so I still have contacts who I can go to in order to do those.

 

Maybe you can make the cupcakes up ahead of time and freeze them. And just frost them the day of the event. And make up the cookie dough ahead of time and freeze it too.
