Also, my cat thinks i'm starving him because he's gained so much weight since his snip that i've had to cut back (only slightly) on how much he eats every day.. He's starting get to that tipping point of unhealthy, and I just can't be responsible for that.. Which is so against my nature (you do you sort of deal). but i can't let him eat himself to death, because he would. He's a sweet, indignant, willful, protective, loving, razor-bladed, orange sonar emitter, and I happen to really care about him a lot.

IDK why I just wrote all this.. especially here..

TLDR; i feel guilty for controlling my cat's food intake (irrational as it may be).

I DO TO. Beans SCREAMS bloody murder when I don't feed her on the dot when she wants it. Then she wolfs it down even if we put something in the way to stop her. I feel like such an ass because I know what it's like to be hungry and I don't want that for my little creature. But I also know that if I don't limit her eating she just wont stop eating and that'll kill her.

Bearnie was stealing the food of his siblings, so he has to be locked out so he can't chunk up via stealing food like a jerk during dinnertime. He's not happy with me. Don't feel guilty, tho! It's our job to keep them healthy and at a good weight!

 

LOOK AT THAT TUMMY THO. I love the little primordial pouch. Beans lets me sleep with my hand resting on her stomach and she's so soft. I just hate to hear her beg for food. She gets cat nip when she gets too fussy!
