    Sounds like the companies around here. The phone company came out TWO MONTHS ago and just...laid a cable across my driveway. On. The. Ground. I guess they got tired of running it and gave up?

    Now, normally I wouldn't care....but when you are trying to mow the grass if you don't want to shred the cable you have to constantly pick it up/mow around it.

    I called asking about it and they told me they would "get around to it"

    So now they have until Monday and if it's still there someone is going to be without a phone because I am cutting it. Of course, this was met with various reactions most of which involved them telling me not to do it.

    Now we play the waiting game.
