    I know, I'm just super annoyed with the whole thing. Turned into a 3 hour toss me from one helpdesk to another cuz they didn't know even though I gave them the error message and I know it was a corruption with my username in the database and I told them how to fix it cuz I work in databases... all. day. long.

    They reset my password 15 times though.
