Not gonna lie, I eat this 3-4 times a week because I like it and spruce it up with nothing because I'm broke and lazy.

I don't really cook with salt, it's by far my biggest sodium contributor. I'm pretty sure I'll be fine.

 

This was me when I was single, this and cereal or grilled cheese but Hubby does not consider it a meal unless there are meat and potatoes involved

...and he wonders why he had a heart attack

 

I do and she loves my cooking, thank you very much. But when I'm lazy and don't want to cook / don't have time, she's perfectly okay with ramens (and she's as broke as I am).
