    New places are scary for cats! The two newest ferals I have took a good while before they left the office, when I first moved them in. I think it took a week or so? I started off keeping them totally alone in there and then introducing them slowly, and then I would leave the door open, and then I would put the food bowl a little bit outside the room and eventually I was able to acclimate everyone. New places and even old places but in new circumstances tend to just freak cats out a bit and they need calm/time :)
