We have received past few requests regarding complaints of rejection in our past few HITs. We want to clarify some points regarding that. If you are receiving this message, you must have been selected for our Task i.e Video Interview Ratings.
There is the first criteria of selection task where we have selected you guys compared to others for our further final ratings. It doesn't mean we will not be reviewing your further ratings. Out of many of you, only 4-5 have got their some HITs rejected due to their poor performance in rubrics(Positive-emotion,Engagement, Calmness and Confidence) compared to other workers.
We don't have any intentions regarding rejections of your work due to payment issues. We are calculating many data analysis strategies to verify your ratings. Due to poor scores, we are not able to include your ratings in our dataset. So, any way we are dumping that ratings.
But As, we see your time involvement is high in our tasks. We are trying to give reimbursement bonus of some amount for those who have received rejections in few HITs.
Further on, instead of rejecting HIT we will try to give particular feedback for your improvement. We hope you will understand our point of concern and see this issue.
