Well I showed up, and they lost my appointment, and were like "I bet you called a different dentist hehehe" and I'm like "no. hehehe"

but then some lady was like "oh shit, I remember talking to you on the phone, that's my bad, idk what happened, but if you come back in 4 hours, we can do your appointment."

so i was like "ok."

so then I had my appointment. and my dentist was very nice, and he seems legit and the hygienist was a sweetheart.

But I have like several fillings that need to be redone, because apparently they don't last forever. I have one tooth that needs to be pulled completely, and some new fillings that need to be done.

So then after the appointment I sat with the ladies and they're like "hehehe we called your insurance, and they're covering absolutely nothing except for your xrays, and cleaning, and inspection"

so I was like, no that's wrong, and they're like "well we called and it's right."

so I went home and called my insurance and they're like "yeah, dude we scammed you, if you read the fine print you'd see that we don't actually cover any of the stuff we said we covered such as fillings, and extractions, but next year we will because you upgraded."

so then next year I'll be having a tooth pulled and some fillings.

coordinate with your dentist and have the insurance pay for the gold tooth you're about to get

Yeah this year, just need to make an appointment. I'll probably be doing the extraction and some fillings this year, and the more fillings next year because insurance only covers so much. Not sure. Dentist said he'll be making a plan that will be most affordable for me by getting the important stuff out of the way first, and the less important can be done later
