    I've got a survey here that's a qualifier for a $100 follow-up, but they want my full name, email, and phone number before I can even check to see if I qualify. And it's a video conference thing, so they'll get my face as well. Sounds fishy, but I could use that hundred bucks. :/ Would any of you guys do it? Isn't a lot of that against TOS for survey sites like these in the personally identifying information category?
