    the logic is that the cost for employment would be too high and the positions would cease to exist or exist in such a diminished capacity it wouldn't be worth it anymore.

    There really isn't much in regards to federally mandated employment benefits. Unemployment insurance, minimum wage, workers comp, probably some other stuff

    Certain states would have some nice perks though I'd imagine? no idea
