03/09 - Multiple Monday

I have returned...



Been out all day doing stuff, ran by costco and realized just how stupid people are...hoarding bottled water and TP, there was like no TP anywhere in the store.

How sad.

 

Cause scabs get stabbed?

 

Not really that stupid a week into your quarantine and you've run out of TP, paper towels, and wet wipes and Amazon/Walmart doesn't restock until June.

 

You can order TP and everything else you mentioned from Amazon.

 

Does anyone really think that this is going to be an epidemic that causes everyone to be trapped in their homes for months?

 

No, but the people who do are the reason you should probably stock up before it all runs out.

 

Very easy and bonus was paid instantly!

 

Of all the things I'm going to be worried about TP isn't that high on the list, I'll literally wipe my ass with a wash cloth and clean it before I buy 500 rolls of TP.

I agree. I understand people stocking up with two weeks worth of stuff or so, that seems to be the length of quarantine. But I've seen people posting photos of their entire garage stocked with enough toilet paper, lysol and hand sanitizer to open a store. Literally enough toilet paper to last a family of 4 two years! And they are proud of it. Meanwhile, there are families that need toilet paper this week and they can't get any. One person was boasting that they were selling toilet paper and hand sanitizer and stuff like that to neighbors and coworkers and on ebay and making a killing. He didn't stock up for himself or his family in case of an emergency, he stocked up to take advantage of people. And there are plenty of people who simply cannot afford to pay $100 so they can get 12 rolls of toilet paper, a bottle of lysol and a bottle of hand sanitizer. When bad things happen to the country, it really brings out how FU some people truly are.

 

This is how I feel about them....

 

1 TP package from Costco lasts us a month...no one needs a bunch of those.

 

But what if you decide to eat Chipotle during your quarantine?

 

But batteries not included gets my vote

Some people need it today. I personally always have a couple backup 12 packs so it's not that deep for me thank God, but generally you assume that you can just stop by Walmart and grab toilet paper when you need it. It's a sad state of affairs that you can't.
