Hey! I'm trying to be productive over here.

 

Client gets upset that his penis pump gets ided as a penis pump and throws a fit to STR, and I get a fucking email six pages long interlaced with profanity after screwing up 1 hit out of thousands of dollars worth. of hits for them. Fuck them. #SALT #EXTRASALT

 

Should've taken the email and reported them to Amazon for being an abusive requester.

 

Those of you who did the first ROT batch what was your overall agreement?

I only did 9 to wait for feedback (thought I did 10). Overall agreement was 79% .

Just curious how much I suck in comparison to others?

 

I was busy trying to convence my self not to drive off the bridge tbh.

For some reason I expect all y'all here to get like 95% and I'm down there with the reddit folks.

But the overall agreement average was 77 so....

guess I'll try a few more tonight even at lower pay. If it goes too low I won't work on these.

Kiddo and I just finished watching And the Band Played on about the first days of the AIDS crises.

At one point in the movie they gave the date as March 1984 and I turned to kiddo and said "At that moment in time I was exactly where you are now, March of my sophomore year of high school. This dominated my teen years."

I also cried my damn eyes out several times remembering what it was like to live through that, all the people we lost, how horrible and scary it was. I moved to San Francisco in the early 90s and while it was a bit better, it was still so overwhelming. So many deaths. So, so many. The candlelight AIDS marches. The AIDS quilt. All of it. To this day I sob remembering those times.

Kiddo was surprised about all the political crap that goes on behind the scenes of something like that. I told him "What do you think is happening now?"
