    Wanting to pay $15/hr is well and good and all, but that should honestly be the barest of bare minimums you want to pay. I don't think requesters understand that we pay our own taxes, and have to pay for health insurance out of our own pocket's instead of through an employer, etc. Not even to mention how much time is spent looking for work. If it's a consistent batch that sticks around for a while, I don't mind working for below $20/hr, but you can do better if you really care this much about paying fairly. It's not like Allen AI is hurting for money.

    I don't know this particular batch but I can say this is why min wage hive mind does not work anywhere. Hurts the people in every situation that have figured out a way to make more per hour.

    It is work, that's for sure but as long as you get it for what you're willing to pay it's all good because they can work the numbers any way they want to. I don't leave a dealership until I get the price I want to pay PERIOD! :emoji_muscle:
