    The key is the macaronage! Even people who make them all the time screw up a batch here and there, fussy little things. 90% of baking is fussy AF. It's a hobby for the high strung perfectionists of the world who see something that takes a thousand very specific steps to make and says, "Ahh, yes, I hate myself enough to make this!":emoji_laughing:
