A masters Wharton, da fuck?

 

I have an algorithm written out that denotes exactly how much I need to turk to have my bills paid, and when I'm ahead of things I try to get away from it for a time. I usually try to take Sunday off no matter what, but there's no limit to how much money I need to make right now in my life so it's always calling to me. Sometimes if I get a sick batch I take the rest of the day off, but it's always calling to me...

I even find myself pulling out my laptop to work while I'm with friends. Because of where I'm at financially it's hard for me to be away from it for too long. I like to keep as much padding as possible in case of a black swan since it's my only source of income. I tell myself that if my net worth was higher it wouldn't be like this, but we'll see

I was that way for awhile and it burned me out to no end and I had to learn to take breaks.

 

I used to get burned out really really bad, but I was more concerned about my finances then and it was like life or death. Now that I've gotten on top of things and am usually ahead of schedule it's less stressful. It's helped working out knowing exactly how much I need to make, and getting myself in a position where if I really wanted to I could take a vacation. Still definitely get burnt though, and sometimes when I'm not turking I can't figure out what to do with myself. I feel like sometimes it affects my thought processes, like my thoughts have become more sporadic.

I guess I just have other goals that I really want to pursue and it motivates me to just keep going as hard as I can.
