    I remember going on vacation to washington DC and the next day there was supposed to be like a half inch of snow and by 2pm the day before school got canceled. It was hilarious.

    I mean, I know, obviously they don't have easy access to the equipment needed to deal with even a small scale snow event, but it's still hilarious ;)
