it's ok - although I'd prefer regular ol' cabbage or coleslaw instead

unfortunately nowadays it seems that most places put way too much sugar in it because America or whatever. But if you go super light on the mayo and don't put sugar or honey or whatever else people do nowadays in it - it's pretty good.

I do with Kielbasa sausage, I throw in the crock pot and bam, dinner done!

 

Corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

My version.. Beef pastrami, swiss cheese, sauerkraut with a little bit of brown sugar mixed into it, thousand island dressing and sour dough bread, all grilled separately ( expect the cheese and dressing, thats on the bread) and once warmed/cooked up, then put on the grilled bread.
