do you do the thing where you put the seeds in another oil like vegetable oil and let it extract it's flavor - or do you actually press the seeds for 100% sesame oil?

I'm intrigued by the vegetable oil thing - seems way more cost effective and if it provides a similar enough flavor, would be good enough for me

 

Done the toasting but we're thinking about making the 100% sesame oil at some point.
