Pros:
You can probably finish faster. I had trouble coming up with stuff the longer this went on.
Instant approval.

Cons:
This is mostly writing. I seriously question their definition of 'fun' although some workers might enjoy this if being creative is your thing. It's a lot of typing writing one sentence per page and after that answering questions about everything you typed out. Overall, the hit is not that bad but the pay could have been better for the amount of mental energy expended.
