P.S. But also no, if one of your projects is self-improvement or whatever and your goal for that project is to become more productive, then reading that article is making progress towards that goal. If, on the other hand, you were supposed to be writing code, but instead you decided to read that article to get motivated/prepared to write code, then yes, you're doing it wrong.
