Pros:
I didn't think this was nearly as long or gruesome as the other reviews made it sound. Pretest, some learning quizzes, and then post-test. You can save your progress and come back. There's no penalty for wrong answers. No time limits. The HIT itself had a 3? day timer, so you've got plenty of time to pace yourself.

Cons:
There's some graphs, and math, and thinking involved. But there are also resource guides, so it's really up to the amount of effort you want to put into learning the concepts to get the correct answers.
