    Pleasant surprise. They overestimated the task purposefully by 10 minutes. Undersell and overdeliver. Pretty cool. They actually said they did this on purpose and to think of all the nice things I could do for 10 minutes. I highly recommend this requestor. Feels good to be valued ;-)
