I took a long ass nap today also, like 2 hours.

 

mine was like for five hours right after I ate a protein bar. they are really good, taste like somoas (GS cookie). I don't know if I was tired or bored or what but I've never in my life fell asleep from a protein bar before. they usually give me energy.

 

just remembered that I signed up for some zoom group study a couple weeks ago for thursday afternoon. can't remember which platform but I'm guessing prolific?

 

If I take a nap its usually pretty short but today I was pretty tired from getting up in the early hours for nlp hits... you got me thinking I might need some protein bars now. Need something easy and quick for lunch hours

 

the quest ones are really good if you like very low carb like me.

I try to avoid carbs when I can, but I love carb'd up food so much

you'd love kentucky. we have a lot of good cheap bourbon. most of it's it's made 30-40 minutes from me. I like beer and vodka.

 

Oh I bet! I used to drink a lot of beer and still enjoy it. These days when I drink beer tho I like to get the really strong, dark beers where you only have to drink one or two. But those good beers are also pretty expensive.

not if you go to the right places and buy growlers. one of the great things about living in a big city, a shitton of microbrews. I miss when they used to have a bunch of stouts and porters. it seems that the kids these days are infatuated with ciders and pale ales. I hate hoppy fruit flavored shit. a lot of the breweries will have days where you can get a growler filler for $5-7
