He's no longer really active on the forum. However the last time there was a major QBC issue that affected multiple people he was back to fix it within a day. As for worth it, I can't say because I never used the MTS version so QBC is all I know. At this point, the $20 a month is more a tax write off and to avoid having to change anything... I'm old and I don't like change... it's different.
