10/28 - Party Time Tuesday!

Spent an hour on a "Partner" survey through another platform. The survey itself was fun; but you know how those "Partner" setups work, there's a clunky Rube Goldberg multi-hop linkage between platforms, and the linkages often fail or "disqualify" at the end, resulting in zero payment. That happens too frequently with Partner surveys. From now on, I shall avoid them.

 

Another 30-cent study written so ambiguously that you can't be sure exactly what the researcher is trying to ask.

"You can ask questions" ... yeah but the timer would probably expire before the reply arrives.

Cha-ching 30 cents and I'm out.

 

Hey now, let's not rush it, it's only been 9 years! 10 years is next year. Don't make us feel old.

 

The Prolific dаshboard's auto-reload (every couple minutes) is so '90s.

It interrupts if I'm reading when the reload occurs.

They should recode with modern methods,
to update the task list without having to completely reload the page.
