is there a wave of suspensions now? My account was just suspended. How do I appeal it? Very weird things going on on mturk

time for the mass influx of people screaming the end times... including me.

 

Maybe it's the same thing as they had like a month or two ago when they [accidentally] suspended half the people on the platform and then unsuspended shortly after? Sorry you guys have to deal with this bs.

yeah on reddit a bunch of people are getting suspended just now. I am okay with that but I still have money left in my account and I am still waiting on payment, like a few hundred dollars. so do I still get paid with my pay schedule? i want my account unsuspended so I can cash out the money i have left lol

I haven't logged in in a while, and not gonna do it now just in case there's a bug that auto-suspends you once you log in. So no idea lol. Didn't get any email at least.

 

last time this happened, people who got suspended still got paid... hopefully this is also like last time and just an it issue.

 

mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com is the email address to appeal, if you want to appeal, or just wait it out.
