I think they are trying to say that the listing owner could have provided a false address. It is unlikely, but having a picture to confirm the residence would make the validation a little easier.

In which case opening the listing & looking at it for 30 seconds would have quickly dissuaded their fears without having to put someone else's qual (and income) in jeopardy.

If I have to have coworkers, I prefer ones who aren't trying to get me fired.
