Has anyone ever submit a HIT and it says the HIT was submitted for review, but it doesn't actually submit and it's still in your queue and you have to re do it or submit it again?

 

Great example of why people should read slowly and not miss words.

Like "survey".

I click the little export alerts on my desktop sometimes out of the corner of my eye, it's helpful for picking up little surveys but, occasionally I end up with some weird stuff in my queue.

 

Oh that's why it happens? I just did a transcription and couldn't copy/paste so I lost all the transcription and returned it

If anybody has the same problem: I still wasn't able to advance, so I submitted with a comment and my ID (which they took in the beginning of the survey). I was 100% expecting a rejection, but they already approved it even though it was a 7 day aa.
