requester is OCMP, not sure if they have a page on here in the wiki but they are a crowd management company that puts out multiples jobs/HiT types always named like, OCMP5, OCMP75, OCMP6. Etc. They will do a qual run before a project usually, or open if back up if they need more workers. Or they will just keep giving you random qual's that you never end up using. I don't really understand them, but it can pay off to keep an eye out for them.

 

I don't know they are supposedly "moving" to a distant location where nobody knows them. Who would question if she was there living it up alone? LOL

Lol the cheapest I'd see someone going for this would be $5. And it would take at least a good five minutes at least. That's assuming you already have the resources ready and have been making screenshots frequently. If not it could easily be 20 min or more.
