I never even think about the fact that so many people have to pay for all the hotels and travel expenses to go to Disney, Busch Gardens, and Universal, etc. Im in a small town thats like an hour and a half to two hours away from them depending on traffic. I go so sporadically but I'd probably never go if I had to travel to get there.

 

Charlie (my cat) has a "wall" that she can use to climb up to this overhead area I have going around the living room and front walkway. I recently went up a ladder to fix a fire detector. And then I stayed on the ladder quite some time cleaning hairballs and puke from up there D:

 

Woot woot. Cat fountains rock. It has super helped hydrating the boys. Just take it from me and don't leave it somewhere where the noise of running water constantly makes you have to pee.

Also, fairly certain people in Florida pay less for tickets than those traveling from out of state. Haven't checked recently, but from what I've been told from friends, discounted tickets are a thing for Florida residents to encourage frequent visits. That's not a thing for those of us who were traveling from out of state.

So yeah, there's a lot of things that make Disney World an expensive trip for sure. Not encouraging anyone to go, but having been to both Disney World and Disney Land, I don't think of the movies or cartoons at all in relation to them in any real way, each is a memorable experience all it's own.
