I learned to roller skate as a kid, but was always afraid of roller blading. I always wanted to though. I saw a pair in the thrift store for 3 bucks that magically fit, so I decided I would stop being a little Grinch and learn. I was self conscious for awhile, but now I just put my headphones in, wear some tacky tbe socks, and skate around the neighborhood like a weirdo. It's the most fun I've ever had working out apart from dance, and it's much easier on my knees than running or whatever.

I'm just letting my freak flag fly at this point. It's fun and it's great exercise and I'm happy I picked it up even if teens on skateboards/children on scooters mock me lol.

 

Mine just kept ringing on the last one. I hung up and dialed it again and it worked after a couple of rings the 2nd time.

I just checked and chromium takes ~6 seconds for me to open and my firefox nightly takes ~10

It is taking a good 60 seconds just to go from one area of mTurk to another. I am going to cry. Can't sleep cause the tree guys finally came to remove the trees that fell on our house in Sept. this am.

Have you tried poshmark/thrift stores/consignment stuff? I pick up a decent amount of barely worn clothes from those places! I got a new with tags orange cashmere sweater last month! My favorite pink dress cost me like 6 bucks from a thrift store and looked l ike it had never been worn much, if at all.

I always see kids clothes, so I'm betting you could stock up on some sweaters for cheap!

 

That's good to hear- does your tab go back and forth from side to side with a little blue dot while it loads?

I will switch fingers for scrolling & clicking; and since my keyboard has an number row and number pad, I can switch hands. I also set my mouse so it is inline with my arm and directly in front of me - no weird angles.
