Very shortly, screeners & qual tests aren't going to count toward REQUESTER aggregate data.

Its honestly unhelpful. With the API split to show the rating for individual HITs I don't see much reason to leave those fringe cases in the overall Requester profile - no need to hide a Requester because mTurk doesn't really offer those tools in a non-abusive way. The # of cases where it drags down a good Requester's overall aggregate vs the instances of Pirc's isn't coolio.

Probably going to replace the broken thing too because that kind of info is far better generated as a post on the daily than a static piece of information on a profile since they tend to be fixed sooner than later.

 

I completely agree. One of my favorite survey requesters (ew) actually has a bright red TO because of screeners, but pays around $30-$40/hr for semi-regular (at least once a month) studies that I have never been screened from. I never thought that was fair, but then again, my indifference to user-submitted ratings is well documented.
