It gets a lot better though over years, for sure. I was actually able to wean off eventually too, I've had to go back from time to time , but overall it's so much nicer to be inside my brain than it was when I was 18 and super manic depressive all the time. Don't regret medicating and asking for help one bit.

honestly for the steam controllers and shit you are better off just waiting for a sale with how expensive they are normally. Unless you really need it in time for xmas they will prob go on sale during the winter sale.

 

I would wait but it is for a xmas present and they are riduculasly more on Amazon even with having to pay shipping twice to do two orders on steam it comes out cheaper

Thank you! I'm on divalproex sodium to work on my mood swings. My grades have slipped this semester since I sometimes have just not been doing homework assignments at all. Once I get my bills in order I'm going to buy one of the SAD lamps for my desk since my psychiatrist recommended it and if the depressive side of things doesn't improve they are going to add an anti-depressant to the mix in the Spring.

Dude! I have a happy light! I use it every single morning without fail, and it's truly a lifesaver. Def check out craigstlist and stuff like that. They are incredibly helpful.I was a very unflattering level of depressed last winter, like not washing my hair for a month depressed. It was not hot. I seriously love the light, it really does help. It can feel so impossible to get up and do anything sometimes, but turning that bright light on is always very easy.

I'm always around if you ever need anything, cause I super understand those feels bruh. I'm sorry you're having a rough time, things will look up though!
