    Fees give me nightmares. Even when I consolidated my payouts into reasonable chunks, I still paid out ~$3500 in PayPal fees and ~$1500 in Image-Line's minimum transfer fees in 2016. Luckily they paid me in USD rather than whatever Belgian currency is, because PayPal charges a fee for currency conversion, too.
