I have only submitted 1, but it seemed to be normal. The second hit loaded weird, but didn't submit by itself.

I still say the ultimate end is going to be requester's noticing people buzz through what they considered to be reasonably timed hits at two or more times the speed and then canceling the hit and lowering the bounty like they already have many times. Then on the other side you have requester's wanting us to do 20 minute hits at .50 because they think we will bust through their posted times any way so why not get ahead of the curve
