    If you care about doing the task right, then care about doing it right to their standards. The fact you start this out by saying "fuck them, they're terrible and messing up their own data" pretty much says volumes about how you're approaching the task of submitting good data IMO. You, frankly, don't understand the first thing about what they're doing, and clearly haven't taken the time to research it, because they've explicitly said that the approach they've adopted has resulted in good data.

    Your personal feelings don't really change the fact that you're just flat out wrong about your conclusions.

    yummm, even better, no blender clean up after!

    It's very good, you don't really notice it, I don't think anyway. It's pretty filling too. There's a few other shakes I make and stick it in but that's been my favorite.
