okay good i thought so, i was just worried i made that up.

i've only ever had two blocks that i've known about knock on wood that were both removed because they were in error. one was wharton school years ago and the email was like "uhhhhhhh we have no idea how or why we did that, we'll try to figure that out" they apparently figured it out.

I think, what people call a soft block is when he gives you a qual that prevents you from performing the hits in the future.

A block is when you have all the quals needed and still can not perform the hits. This is the thing I noticed yesterday, compared to the first last week.

What this comes down to is terminolgy, the second has no differentiation, that IS what a block is and what it does. As a group maybe a consensus needs to be reached as to what we want to call the first scenario.In other places I am used to that scenario being called a softblock, maybe here at TH it is called a qualblock, etc... I don't know, maybe those more experienced have a name for that scenario.

 

I got blocked by SNIPS because of their own glitch.

I still have the qual though, so go figure.

 

I see the purple when I have already done a hit, capped and when I don't have a needed qual- I guess they are all the same thing to PC now.
