    Don't just rely on what's on the forum by the way. Try some stuff out. Don't rely 100% on TO ratings or TV because a lot of the best batches people don't rate so as to not draw attention to them or they have negative TO ratings. Learning how to do userscripts and things like AutoHotKey to help automate things is useful for improving times on tasks that would otherwise take too long to do.

    Be mindful of your buffer. Don't do a whole bunch of tasks from a requester you don't trust. If you find something that looks good, do a few and see if they approve just in case they're an ash hole requester so your approval rating doesn't tank.

    Also: Ask questions. Like scripting: there's a bunch of people here who are good at scripting and if you're trying to learn it they are a lot more welcome to questions about "Hey, how do I do this particular thing I can't figure out?" as opposed to "Hey, can somebody make me a script to do this??"

    Great advice there. I was so mad yesterday. I had done a few here and there for some unrated req's. One was a great payrate, anyhow. They approved after a few hours but they were all gone by then. Really sucked, but I don't have a huge buffer either. Once I do, I would go to town on stuff like that.
