    A lot of people have made shit claiming for fix engine stuff and it's all bullshit based on anecdotal evidence. That type of stuff has been coming out since Morrowind and always ends up being hyped at first and then people realize it's a placebo. About the only thing that has ever address a real engine bugs is NVSR or NVAC and the latter didn't come out until way after FNV was released.
