    Dude, my cat has been failing at catching a mouse for a few weeks now because it disappears for a few days at a time then comes back. I have a clip from my security camera showing that once she caught it and my dog came barreling in all excited and sideswiped her and she dropped it.

    The other night I had a dream I rescued it from her, went to set it outside, and when I set it down it exploded in the smallest little a-bomb explosion. Like, full mushroom cloud and all, but like 6 inches tall. What the hell.

    The problem is my cat just plays with them. Smacks em around and has fun. Doesn't try to catch em. Just thinks they're friends.

    He did help me catch one monday night though. I woke up to him smacking the shit out of a rubbermaid tub. I lifted the tub up, and the mouse was under it. The cat smacked it against the wall and I was able to grab it. Walked outside in my barefeet and boxers at like 3 AM and threw it over the creek. I really hope he made it over the creek, because it's cold and I don't want them to die or anything, I just want them away.

    They're cute little guys, but I don't want em in my house.
