    Society has this ridiculous stigma of what the proper professional looks like. Personally, I'd love it if my counselor had blue, purple and pink hair. And like @Troy said, I'd bring it up on the interview. Be open and honest, couldn't hurt. Maybe they'd appreciate the honesty and be like, "okay, you know what? you do you, and by the way, you're hired."

    Also, good luck on the interviews. I hope you find something good.

    Thanks. It's too late on the hair. It's gonna be stuck brown for a while... :( And I don't care if it's something good. I just want SOMETHING so I can earn the hours I need to get full LPC licensure. Once I have that, I can start a private practice and I don't have to answer to a boss...
