Corporation tech support is so freakin weird. I once called Dish Network because my DVR box had no power. I chatted with an obvious script reader. I was like hey my DVR box is not getting power. I'm guessing the power cord is bad or the unit is just done for.

Answers back... Is there any ice or snow on the dish? No there's not man but that doesn't matter lol.
